سياسةُ الخصوصيّة

تسري على موقع isnad.news وتطبيقِ سَنَد على أندرويد وiOS.

الخلاصة: لا حسابَ للقراءة، ولا تتبُّع، ولا إعلانات، ولا بيعَ بيانات. لا نستخدمُ أيَّ أداةِ تحليلاتٍ ولا شبكةَ إعلانات، ولا نضعُ كوكيز. ما تحفظُه من مقالاتٍ وتفضيلاتٍ يبقى على جهازِك وحدَه ولا يصلُنا.

ما لا نجمعُه

لا نطلبُ اسمًا ولا بريدًا ولا رقمَ هاتفٍ لقراءةِ الأخبار — لا حسابَ أصلًا.
لا أدواتِ تحليلاتٍ (لا Google Analytics ولا ما يشبهُها)، ولا بكسلاتِ تتبُّع.
لا إعلاناتٍ ولا مُعرِّفاتِ إعلانيّة.
لا كوكيز.
لا نبيعُ بياناتٍ ولا نُشاركُها لأغراضٍ تسويقيّة — لا لأحد، أبدًا.

ما يبقى على جهازِك

يستخدمُ الموقعُ والتطبيقُ ذاكرةَ المتصفّحِ المحلّيّة. هذه البياناتُ لا تُرسَلُ إلينا ولا نراها، وتُمحى بمسحِ بياناتِ الموقعِ أو حذفِ التطبيق:

خدمةُ «تحقّق» — الموضعُ الوحيدُ الذي تُرسَلُ فيه بيانات

حين تختارُ أنت لصقَ رابطٍ في تبويبِ «تحقّق» وتضغطُ الفحص، يحدثُ التالي — ولا يحدثُ شيءٌ منه إن لم تستعملِ الخدمة:

يُرسَلُ الرابطُ الذي لصقتَه إلى خادمِ سَنَد.
يفتحُ الخادمُ تلك الصفحةَ ويقرأُ جزءًا من نصِّها.
قد يُرسَلُ مقتطفٌ من النصِّ إلى xAI (Grok) لإصدارِ الحكم. يخضعُ ذلك لسياسةِ xAI. لا تلصقْ روابطَ تحوي معلوماتٍ خاصّةً أو سرّيّة.
لمنعِ إساءةِ الاستخدام نُحدِّدُ عددَ الطلباتِ لكلِّ مُستخدِمٍ في الساعة. لهذا الغرضِ يُستعمَلُ عنوانُ IP في الذاكرةِ المؤقّتةِ فقط.
سجلُّ التشغيلِ الداخليُّ يحفظُ بصمةً مُشفَّرةً (SHA-256 بمِلح) لعنوانِ IP لا العنوانَ نفسَه، وبحدٍّ أقصى ٤٠ مُدخلًا في الذاكرة، تزولُ عند إعادةِ تشغيلِ الخادم.
تُخزَّنُ نتائجُ الفحصِ مؤقّتًا ببصمةِ الرابطِ لتخفيفِ الكلفة.

الإشعارات (تطبيقُ الجوّال)

لا تُرسَلُ إشعاراتٌ إلّا بعدَ موافقتِك الصريحة، ويمكنُك إيقافُها في أيِّ وقتٍ من إعداداتِ نظامِك.
لا نُرسِلُ إلّا التحذيراتِ الرسميّةَ المُسنَدة — لا أخبارَ عامّةً ولا ترويج.
الاشتراكُ عبرَ «موضوعٍ» عامٍّ لا عبرَ جهاز: لا نستلمُ رمزَ جهازِك ولا نُخزّنُه، ولا نملكُ قائمةَ أجهزةٍ إطلاقًا، فلا يمكنُنا استهدافُك فرديًّا ولا معرفةُ مَن فتحَ الإشعار.
يمرُّ التسليمُ عبرَ Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google، وهي تتعاملُ مع مُعرِّفِ الجهازِ وفقَ سياستِها.

ما يجري تلقائيًّا عند الاتّصال

تُجلَبُ الأخبارُ من GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com) — يرى GitHub طلبَك كما ترى أيُّ شبكةِ توزيعِ محتوى (عنوان IP ونوعُ المتصفّح).
يُستضافُ الموقعُ على Vercel، ولديها سجلّاتُ خادمٍ تقنيّةٌ معتادة.
صورُ الأخبارِ تُعرَضُ من مواقعِ ناشريها، فيرى الناشرُ طلبَ الصورة.
لا يُحمَّلُ أيُّ خطٍّ من خادمٍ خارجيّ — الخطوطُ مستضافةٌ ذاتيًّا لهذا السبب.

بوّابةُ المؤسسات

/enterprise منفصلةٌ عن الموقعِ العامّ وبالدعوةِ فقط. تتطلّبُ تسجيلَ دخولٍ عبرَ Supabase، وتحفظُ البريدَ وعضويّةَ المؤسسةِ وسجلَّ تدقيقٍ للوصول واستخدامِ واجهة API. مفاتيحُ API تُحفَظ كبصماتٍ مشفّرة لا كنصٍّ خام، ويُسجَّل مع الطلب معرّفُ المفتاحِ والمؤسسةِ والمسارُ والوقتُ وحالةُ حدِّ الاستخدام، دون تسجيلِ المفتاح الخام. لا علاقةَ لهذا بالقراءةِ العامّةِ ولا بتطبيقِ الجوّال.

الأطفال

سَنَد منصّةُ أخبارٍ غيرُ موجَّهةٍ للأطفال، ولا نجمعُ عن قصدٍ بياناتِ أحد.

حقوقُك

لأنّنا لا نملكُ حسابًا لك ولا مُعرِّفًا يخصُّك، لا يوجدُ ملفٌّ شخصيٌّ لنعرضَه أو نحذفَه. تمحو بياناتِك المحلّيّةَ كلَّها بمسحِ بياناتِ الموقعِ في متصفّحِك أو بحذفِ التطبيق. ولأيِّ سؤالٍ عن الخصوصيّة راسِلنا على privacy@isnad.news.

تغييراتُ هذه السياسة

إن تغيّرت، حدَّثنا تاريخَ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه. وإن صار جمعُ بياناتٍ جديدًا جوهريًّا، أعلنّاه في التطبيقِ نفسِه لا في هذه الصفحةِ وحدَها.

Privacy Policy

Applies to isnad.news and the SANAD app for Android and iOS.

In short: no account needed to read, no tracking, no ads, no data selling. We use no analytics tools and no ad networks, and we set no cookies. Anything you save stays on your device only and never reaches us.

What we do not collect

No name, email, or phone to read the news — there is no account at all.
No analytics (no Google Analytics or equivalent), no tracking pixels.
No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
No cookies.
We never sell or share data for marketing purposes.

What stays on your device

Stored in local browser storage, never transmitted to us. Cleared by clearing site data or uninstalling the app: display language (lng), theme (thm), saved articles (sanad_saved_v1, up to 80), your last 6 Verify checks (sanad_verify_recent), and per-session read state (sanad_desk_seen_v1).

The Verify feature — the only place data is sent

Only when you choose to paste a link into the Verify tab and run a check:

The link you pasted is sent to SANAD's server.
The server fetches that page and reads part of its text.
An extract may be sent to xAI (Grok) to produce the ruling, subject to xAI's policy. Do not paste links containing private or confidential information.
To prevent abuse we rate-limit per user per hour; your IP address is used for this in temporary memory only.
The internal activity log stores a salted SHA-256 hash of the IP, not the IP itself, capped at 40 in-memory entries that vanish on server restart.
Results are cached briefly by a hash of the URL to reduce cost.

Notifications (mobile app)

Sent only after your explicit consent; you can disable them anytime in system settings.
We send verified official warnings only — no general news, no promotions.
Subscription is by public topic, not by device: we never receive or store your device token and hold no device list, so we cannot target you individually or know who opened a notification.
Delivery goes through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google), which handles the device identifier under its own policy.

What happens automatically when you connect

News is fetched from GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com), which sees your request as any CDN would (IP and browser type).
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps ordinary technical server logs.
Article images load from their publishers' sites, so the publisher sees that image request.
No font is loaded from any external server — fonts are self-hosted for this reason.

Enterprise portal

/enterprise is separate and invitation-only. It requires sign-in via Supabase and stores your email, organisation membership, and an audit log for portal and API access. API keys are stored as hashes, never plaintext; API audit records contain the key and organisation identifiers, route, time, and rate-limit result, never the raw key. It is unrelated to public reading or the mobile app.

Children

SANAD is a news platform not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anyone's data.

Your rights

Because we hold no account and no identifier for you, there is no profile to export or delete. Clearing site data in your browser, or uninstalling the app, removes all local data. For any privacy question, contact privacy@isnad.news.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date above. If we ever begin collecting materially new data, we will say so in the app itself, not only on this page.
